He is always courteous and professional, always a gentleman, who is eager to answer questions and meet his customers' needs. Jack gives a thorough overview of a vehicle's various features and controls and obviously cares about his customers' safety and satisfaction. He is also readily available after the sale to answer questions and help with any issues that might arise. I have recommended Jack to numerous friends and students.
