And when I said I was still looking, there was no pressure. I had heard about Jack from a previous customer (my sister) and walked in cold and asked for Jack. He recognized the name immediately, remembered her car history and some personal details that she had shared. Nothing private, but details that showed he actually listened and heard what she said (and that was 5 years ago). More

He came to the car to greet me and then brought me in to review the service I was going to have done. He was very professional, courteous and made me feel at home. I had purchaed my Subaru Outback in August of 2013 in Burlington Vermont. When I moved to Green Valley in late December of 2015 from Vermont I was hoping that I would find the small town level of service I was use to. I have definitely found that at Tucson Subaru. I have dealt with Tucson Subaru who have professionally taken care of my Outback since January of 2016. I highly recommend them to my friends who are looking to join the Subaru Family!!! During my latest visit I was provided with a loaner vehicle since my service was going to take approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, which was fantastic! More
