unethical [ˌənˈeTHək(ə)l] ADJECTIVE not morally correct. Hardly Sir! We offered to look at your radio, I guess you forgot that part and we did offer to install a cabin air filter but you said you would do it yourself! so if unethical means reach out and try to address your concerns we sure are!

So Tucson Subaru thinks it is morally correct to pressure an employee to pressure a friend to change their review rather than reaching out the the customer and addressing their concerns. . . You wasted my time with the radio. Tell your customer your not willing to do anything rather than leading them on for 30 minutes so you can have the perception of helping. Reach out to address my concerns? After I left the review you called me and asked me to drive 45 minutes to Subaru to drop off this filter because you were very concerned you weren't getting what you paid for. You offered NOTHING in return. The second time we spoke I requested you actually inspect the vehicle you said was inspected when I purchased it. I requested an appointment but was told I did not need one and everything could be done in an hour. After 4 hours of waiting I had to request my vehicle so I wouldn't be late for work. I did not have time to wait around for another hour for you to install the cabin filter you said you would install. I have no intentions of returning to Tucson Subaru so I took the filter. Then there was the undercarriage damage I was actually concerned about. That was COMPLETELY ignored! All I got was a piece of paper with some check boxes and a cabin filter that still needed to be installed because 4 hours wasn't enough time. . . . You literally ignored my BIGGEST concern that I pointed out before you inspected it.
