I appreciate the lack of pressure from Jack and Traci. I've had bad experiences at multiple car dealerships with regard to pressure tactics. But this is the third Subaru we have purchased from Tucson Subaru, and the second from Jack McVey specifically. And Traci is fast, efficient, friendly and a hoot! She understood my need for a glass of wine after my interaction with my insurance company during the car transaction. Bravo Jack, Traci, and Tucson Subaru for being good at their jobs and just very nice people. More
