Top of the line service organization. A valet takes your car and someone walks you into the building and introduces you to the person who will be overseeing your service for the car. Subaru in general is amazing for both its vehicles and its service. I have only had Subarus for the past 40 years. I recently downsized to one home in Tucson from Washington and decided to trade in two of my "subies" for an upgraded Ascent as my last car. (I'm getting old!) They arranged for me to receive cash for one of them and to trade in the newer model. Jack McVey was my salesperson and he spent several hours with me going over all of my options and we finally decided to "build" the car so I could get everything I wanted. His experience in the car business and his sensitivity to my needs was wonderful. More

Salesman, Jack, was excellent, conscientious with follow-up calls. Darla who trained me on the technologies was patient and so helpful describing the features of the car. Service department was very follow-up calls. Darla who trained me on the technologies was patient and so helpful describing the features of the car. Service department was very efficient when installing a few extra parts. They also provided a loaner for the day. All personnel have been very kind. The facility is spotless and sensitive to Covid deterrents. More
