The service center was very orderly, and polite. The team was genuinely interested in ensuring you were satisfied and taken care of. They then offered a Lyft back home, and then a Lyft back to the s The team was genuinely interested in ensuring you were satisfied and taken care of. They then offered a Lyft back home, and then a Lyft back to the shop to pick up my car. It was an excellent service, and very convenient. I still give them 5 stars, but they could have done a few things better. Once they knew you were there they could have had your car waiting nearby a bit quicker. There was also a coupon for what seemed to be free wipers, but it was only free installation. That was worded tricky and seemed to take advantage of consumers, but they apologized. Then I noticed they forgot the oil change sticker, but quickly replaced it once I showed them. Overall great service! More
