When I interacted with most other service employees there seemed to be a lack of interest and enthusiasm to assist. Considering my situation was uniquely difficult, all due to SB Hyundai and Hyundai corporation as a whole, in return I received no additional levels of service. Both my wife and I have had Hyundai;s her for more than 10 years across 3 vehicles, and in the future we are moving away from the brand due to customer service and vehicle reliability.  More
