I received a coupon for Gettel’s oil change service and after the department associate accepted the coupon and completed the oil change, I was not able to redeem the coupon. I was told they do not accept coupons, however it came from their company. I followed up with Diane, she assured me that I could get a refund of the difference upon returning and bringing the receipt and coupon that was rejected. I went to the dealership and spoke with Jack regarding this issue. He was very hostile towards me and refused my refund. I followed back up with Diane again regarding yet another unfortunate situation, however she did not return my call. It is not about the money at this point. I am disgusted with the bad business, and lack of personal responsibility this establishment has shown. As a professional in customer relations, I know the importance of maintaining a good relationship and image for the business you are working for. This does not seem to be a priority in the employees at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood. More

I was in for routine service for my2022 Tucson last week. I was pleasantly greeted and shown where to stop the car.
