I wanted a car exactly like the one I had with the same options and features. Found out after I made the purchase that it is missing a few features such HomeLink, cargo cover, He told there was couple of i options and features. Found out after I made the purchase that it is missing a few features such HomeLink, cargo cover, He told there was couple of items, such as heated steering wheel, foot release tailgate and one other thing which was not important. I asked for a printout of the car features and option, he proceed to tell me is not available and they don't do that anymore. Seriously, every car has a window sticker displaying features and options. I have been buying cars in my 50 years of driving, and never had a car where I had to call my insurance company for my registration, so I can get my car inspected. This all the responsibilities of a dealership. Dealer does not listen to customers and anxious to push cars out. Back in July, I was doing research on cars for my grandson, at time you were interested in me signing the paper. Asked for salesman to called back but he never did. I don't remember his name. The next day I purchased a car from your competitor. Just 2 weeks ago I purchased another car from your competitor for my granddaughter. I was impressed with your dealership back in 2020 with dealership when I bought our first CR-V, today I am not. I know you need to sell cars, but as a customer it is quite obvious that you want to push cars and sign now. I was completely turned off. Since I bought 2 cars from your competitors, it was a much nicer experience and did not experience what I went through. And by way, your Service department is great. More

Went very smooth except for when i picked up my new car. The car didnt have an inspection sticker and i was told to go to the service center and "maybe they would have time. Its first come first serve and y The car didnt have an inspection sticker and i was told to go to the service center and "maybe they would have time. Its first come first serve and you have 7 days to get a sticker". When i pay that kind of money for a brand new car, i expect to have the car totally ready for pickup. Including the inspection sticker. I had a car that i was not trading., The salesperson know this. I was not in a rush to pick up. They should have waited until the car was COMPLETELY ready to pick up. I feel this is not good customer service. More
