This dealership upon arriving had a very clean lot and vehicles that were very organized in line . I was welcomed by a gentleman by the name of Jack who asked if I was here to see Michelle the salesperson vehicles that were very organized in line . I was welcomed by a gentleman by the name of Jack who asked if I was here to see Michelle the salesperson I had spoke with on the phone. He pointed to the vehicle I had called on , as I opproched to view, Michelle was at my side and introduced herself. On to a test drive on the interstate and side streets and back to the dealership. I was very excited that possibly I could owned this vehicle. Spoke briefly about the numbers , conveyed with the financial manager also pleasant to work with, and made slight changes to my benefit to make the sale ! It was easy pleasy and moved to another office for signing ! Thanks to all who help the process to be very successful for my wife and I . We just took possession of our 2022 Bronco Badlands. Michelle, Jack, Kirsten, and Jeremy all made taking delivery so pleasant and simple!
