Have called for four weeks now to have bent fixed as promised at pint of sake. Now being told by Jace all he can do is fill out form for service. Not his problem anymore. My new Tucson had software issues from the time it left Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everythin Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everything. Same problem occured on the way home and the vehicle was returned for service the next day. Jenkins has now had my NEW car for 10 days with no sigh of progress toward fixing it. Jenkins has made little or no effort to contact me with progress reports and have repeatedly NOT returned calls and texts. More

Everyone was helpful regardless of the time and what my needs were. I love my new car but I feel like they got one over on me because the day after my purchase I noticed a cracked tail light and inquired about it and was kind of brushed off by the salesman and told to order because the day after my purchase I noticed a cracked tail light and inquired about it and was kind of brushed off by the salesman and told to order an after market part and have it installed. Code was great in finalizing things and eager to help us in anyway. If it wasn’t for Jace & Cody we would not have bought the Palisades. Matt in finance was extremely great helping to get the auto loan. He was professional and knowledgeable. Made things very easy. Had a little problem with the sirus radio not working…came back the next day and Jamie in service fixed it within 5 minutes. He was friendly yet professional. Great crew especially Jace the salesman. He is an asset to the dealership. Will definitely recommend him to family & friends. More

Our buying experience was pleasant in a scenario that can be stressful. Jace is knowledgeable and Amy went out of her way to be helpful. We had an ant problem with the vehicle but didn’t notice until we ha be stressful. Jace is knowledgeable and Amy went out of her way to be helpful. I was not informed about damage to the car and still haven’t received my registration. Additional expenses were added to my loan that were not explained to me nor do I want.
