I have left messages for Adam without a callback. During the sales process, they call/text nonstop but once the sale is made, no one calls back anymore. I purchased a Certified Pre Owned Hyundai but it wasn’t disclosed to me that it has body damage, which I’ve notified the dealer about and they still insisted I place my down payment because I’ve already signed with no attempt to resolve or repair the damage. The vehicle was delivered dirty with sticky stuff all over the steering wheel and dog hair all over the seats, yet they reported that they detailed the car in the Carfax report but they didn’t. They told me they give free oil changes and tire rotations since I purchased the vehicle there but I found out I paid for an additional service package not disclosed to me. It’s not a courtesy service like it was described which was very deceptive. So I’m paying interest on oil changes and normal out of pocket service expenses because it’s now a part of my loan. Car was sold way overpriced for its value especially with the damage and back hatch that doesn’t work. Also, I paid the dealer for plates and registration. However the car was delivered with the dealer’s registration and a temporary paper plate that is soon to expire and I won’t be able to drive my car because it hasn’t been properly registered which I found out may take awhile because the previous owner still has a lien on it, which again wasn’t disclosed to me. This car has been a nightmare and far less standard than I’d expect for a certified pre owned. Buyers beware and avoid this dealer. I purchased a car that came with immediate costly expenses for repair of damages I didn’t even do but I can’t drive it anyway without registration . I bought into a mess. Paying a lot of money for something that I can’t drive and have to find a repair shop for right away. I feel like I was scammed.
