Mike and Jace were so very helpful in showing us all the different vehicles that we were interested in. Mike explained the differences, and took the necessary time we needed to make a decision. Charles worked with us for our trade-in and finding options. Patrick worked through the finance options with us as well as warranties. Have called for four weeks now to have bent fixed as promised at pint of sake. Now being told by Jace all he can do is fill out form for service. Not his problem anymore. My new Tucson had software issues from the time it left Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everythin Jenkins showroom. The cluster switched on and off and all alerts came on. Returned the vehicle and was told a reset clearing alerts fixed everything. Same problem occured on the way home and the vehicle was returned for service the next day. Jenkins has now had my NEW car for 10 days with no sigh of progress toward fixing it. Jenkins has made little or no effort to contact me with progress reports and have repeatedly NOT returned calls and texts. More

I love my new car but I feel like they got one over on me because the day after my purchase I noticed a cracked tail light and inquired about it and was kind of brushed off by the salesman and told to order because the day after my purchase I noticed a cracked tail light and inquired about it and was kind of brushed off by the salesman and told to order an after market part and have it installed.
