I felt into the trap to trust him that I was getting a good vehicle, especially because it was my first in dealer purchase. He told me vehicle had a 360 inspection dealer does not take trade in cars that are in bad condition. Many things he said was only to make a profit and at the end did not stood for his word. When I went to get the vehicle everything seem fine, I check it and obviously some things you can't check for unless you have a car diagnostic tool . After 3 days the vehicle had a horrible smell I opened the hood and the battery was leaking and smoking. I noticed it had a sticker that battery was supposedly replaced in 2024 however it wasn't. I paid $300 to get it replace in addition the alternator is having issues now that will be another $500. I have to replace that now. Clearly the vehicle was never inspected thoroughly and Doug never cared about customer satisfaction but his profit. In addition Dough said he will help me reduced fees due to my high interest rate, but he didn't. When I saw the break down of the total cost there was no discount. I do not recommend Westview Lexus and I do hope this review helps for those who will be buying used pre-owned vehicles. If anyone decides to still make a purchase it is safe to only buy new vehicles. Also I was supposed to get my registration sticker in the mail from 3 to 4 weeks never got it. I had to go in person and ask about it to get it mailed. Waste of my time and not sure what went wrong on the dealer's end that I did not get it. More

Tech guy needs to slow down a bit. We felt a little rushed even though he asked several times if we are ok. Luckily she passed us off to Joey and he was really good!!! He even sent us links to Lexus Videos ( even though the tech guy said he would) Joey gets our “5” for taking charge and easing off the pain of buying an auto! Thank you Joey! More
