I will start by saying I hate buying used cars. Or at least that used to be my sentiment. Now, with how painless my experience with JR (sales) and Meg (finance) was at Bob Penkhus Mazda, I’m going Or at least that used to be my sentiment. I really must say that I was very impressed with how little “selling” JR did at me, and how genuinely up-front and honest he felt. Anything he didn’t know, he went and checked and I knew exactly what I was getting into. When it was time to sign on the dotted lines, I saw the terms that were agreed upon and Meg made this, seriously, the fastest financing experience I’ve ever had. She knew her stuff, front, back, and sideways. Both Meg and JR were a true pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back to see them again! More
