JR Rodriguez is the best. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and I have trusted him with my Mercedes for over 6 years. Our experience at the dealership was great! JR Rodriguez was professional and welcoming. He made sure to walk me through the process of my car maintenance and timing. Walter's Mercedes has always gone above and beyond with customer service. Everybody I have ever encountered there is extremely professional. Michael Ramos was my service representative who helped me to ser customer service. Everybody I have ever encountered there is extremely professional.
