The overall experience was good, the salesman was friendly and easy to work with. The managers were also great, they made the negotiating process a breeze and were very reasonable. The finance process was the worst part I’ve come across, and I’ve bought 20 plus vehicles from dealerships. He was very scripted, the first words out of his mouth were a sales pitch that sounded very scripted and rehearsed. He spent 99% of his time trying to sell me on these add ons and no time at all explaining the numbers/banks/fine details. I understand that it’s his job to sell warranty’s/gap protection etc. but doing it robotically and relentlessly doesn’t usually lead to success. Listen to the audio/video recordings you guys took. Overall a good experience, my dad bought a truck from you guys as well. I will be servicing my truck there as needed. More
