WOW, what a great dealership! This was my second visit to Tyson’s to purchase a vehicle. The first time was for a family member. The second was for me. I had the pleasure of selecting my new Jeep Grand Chero Tyson’s to purchase a vehicle. The first time was for a family member. The second was for me. I had the pleasure of selecting my new Jeep Grand Cherokee (My third one) with the very capable and knowledgeable salesman Tim Giacomi. The man has the patience of a saint! I was trying to decide between two different vehicles. I wasn’t sure if I should stay with the Grand Cherokee or down size to the really cute Cherokee. Tim and his vast knowledge of Tyson’s inventory and the vehicles themselves helped me to choose the Grand Cherokee. When it came time to discuss price and trade in value of my old vehicle, Larry Holcombe came into the mix. It really wasn’t as nerve racking as some trade ins that I have been to. The whole process was not very stressful at all. I left Tyson Motors that day feeling very happy not because I had a new vehicle but because I felt I was treated fairly and with respect.
