He took the time to explain everything in detail about the vehicle we chose from A-Z. He took the time to make sure we understood everything about the SAFETY features of the vehicle many times over, that we understood how everything worked including the electronics on the vehicle which can sometimes be hard to understand with these new dash screens with all the features in one. He made the finance process effortlessly for us. He never rushed us at all and always addressed our concerns.
