Brought my car in for a fluid leak and they replaced the transmission cooler pipes . After the replacement, my transmission started slipping shifting into first gear. I brought it back to them and they de transmission cooler pipes . After the replacement, my transmission started slipping shifting into first gear. I brought it back to them and they denied any wrong doing and turned the blame back on me saying the leak caused the transmission failure and I needed a new one. In a heated exchange of dialogue, they refused me service for being confrontational which wouldn't you be upset if you brought your car in for service and ended up with a bigger problem?Tom the service manager didn't care about me or my customer loyalty. He just wanted to make sure it wasn't their liability. Pretty sad when they won't own up to their mistake which is going to cost me thousands of dollars which I didn't have this problem before they serviced my car. They are skilled at covering their tracks and are not trustworthy. More
