The only issue I had was it did not pass inspection because of some damage to my rear bumper. It has passed the last 3 years & nothing chsnged. This bumper is not going to fall off. It will take week because of some damage to my rear bumper. It has passed the last 3 years & nothing chsnged. This bumper is not going to fall off. It will take weeks to get repaired or get a new bumper. What would have been great would be to pass & have bumper taken care of by next inspection. I can live with some of the other recommendations because vehicle is getting older. Can anything be done to give me that extra year? I have always had good service & this issue is not a reflection of the service I have always gotten. Always great service. Look forward to hearing from someone. Thanks. More

The Honda service department has taken care of my Hondas for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in fo for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in for PA Inspection and I waited in their waiting room. I was disappointed that it took two hours to perform the service since the vehicle didn't need anything for inspection. More

I was charged $40 to clean corrosion off of my battery. I was told my battery tested fine. Thirty minutes after I left the shop, my car died and left me stuck. The battery was dead. I do appreciate the shop sending someone to jump my car. I returned to the shop and was told I needed a new battery. If I was told I needed a new battery I wouldn’t have wasted $40 on the corrosion cleaning. The $40 should be refunded to me. More
