Good afternoon, I apologize that we were unable to correct the vibration issue with the axles. Per our lengthy discussion, the vehicle has multiple possible contributing factors that may be creating the concern. When we diagnose vehicles, we have to follow the bread crumbs and replace failed parts as we can verify. I am deeply saddened that I have failed you in the rating of this review as i thought we had a very good relationship with the time spent together trying to help.
