The Honda service department has taken care of my Hondas for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in fo for the past 18 years. I would recommend them to anyone. You can always count on the service team to provide good work. My vehicle was just in for PA Inspection and I waited in their waiting room. I was disappointed that it took two hours to perform the service since the vehicle didn't need anything for inspection. I was charged $40 to clean corrosion off of my battery. I was told my battery tested fine. Thirty minutes after I left the shop, my car died and left me stuck. The battery was dead. I do appreciate the shop sending someone to jump my car. I returned to the shop and was told I needed a new battery. If I was told I needed a new battery I wouldn’t have wasted $40 on the corrosion cleaning. The $40 should be refunded to me. More
