Duval Acura is NOT the wonderful dealership it use to be! My husband and I have been buying cars from Duval Acura for over 18 yrs! We trade in our SUV every 3 years, so that's a lot of business we have given My husband and I have been buying cars from Duval Acura for over 18 yrs! We trade in our SUV every 3 years, so that's a lot of business we have given them. Buying a car is not something any of us enjoy doing and I know I don't have to explain why that is! We have stuck with Duval Acura all these years, because our experience has always been pleasant and we have always felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, that is until recently. Over the past 6 weeks our opinion of Duval Acura has completely changed. Joe Cutaia emailed us that we were eligible to trade in our 2018 Acura RDX and in the email was his personal contact information, We called and left him a detailed message, he did not return our calls. 2 weeks later, we called him again and left him a voice mail, once again, he never returned our call. We called Duval Acura and asked to speak with management, we were told they were busy and someone would return our call, once again, our call was not returned. We called again and spoke with Tim, manager of used car sales, he told us he would give the message directly to James Saale, manager of Duval Acura, days went by and James Saale never returned our call. We received a text from Joe Cutaia asking if it was okay with us if he communicated with us via text message, I texted him back saying yes, that was days ago, never heard from him again. I have since blocked his number. I did finally get to speak with James Saale and I am beyond disappointed in how he handled the entire call regarding me explaining to him how rudely my husband and I have been treated by Duval Acura. We have been dismissed over and over again and although James said he was embarrassed of the way his staff behaved, his action spoke volumes that he really doesn't care about us or our experience with Duval Acura. James Saale is a disappointment to say the least. He has completely changed our opinion of the dealership and after almost 20 years of being loyal customers, they have lost our business. Whoever is responsible for putting James Saale in a management position at Duval Acura has done a disservice to the dealership. They were a 5 star dealership for the past 18 years we have been a loyal customer of theirs, now they are MAYBE a 2, if that. I could never say enough good things about them for so many years, now I can't even come up with one thing good about them. There's an old saying, "The Fish Stinks From The Head" and I can not think of a better way to put what has happened to Duval Acura. The leadership at Duval Acura has destroyed their once great reputation. We are not longer part of the Duval Acura family, because there is no family there anymore. That entire feel is gone, the leadership that is now over that dealership has destroyed all it once was. Going forward, we will be giving our business to Acura of Orange Park. Duval Acura no longer deserves our loyalty. Very sad about what happened to Duval Acura. Someone made a very poor decision putting James Saale in a leadership position, he is in no way competent and he has no clue how to deal with customers. We spoke with him for over an hour on the phone and it was clear the entire time, he was struggling with not knowing how to respond to us about the issues we came to him about. He has no idea what he's doing and the entire dealership is suffering because of him. More

Exceptional in every way!! This was by far the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had! I felt so blessed to finally pull my beautiful "new to me" 2016 Honda Pil This was by far the most exceptional car buying experience I have ever had! I felt so blessed to finally pull my beautiful "new to me" 2016 Honda Pilot into my driveway yesterday after visiting Duval Acura on Atlantic Blvd. After several weeks of exhaustive online searches and combing through car faxes and dodging more near misses than I can count, at last, I discovered my long hoped for Honda Pilot. I became so determined to find my dream ride that I widened my search on Car Gurus to 500 + miles...only to realize what I had been dreaming of was practically right here in my own backyard! I received a near instant response to my online inquiry with a quick follow-up email from Duval Acura's manager, Joe Cutaia, who connected me with his incredible salesman, Anthony Lewis. Anthony was the most ethical salesman I have encountered and very easy to communicate back and forth with during his timely return texts and calls, until finally in person. Both he and Will Isom from finance must have moved heaven and earth to get me out from under my worn out trade in to make it over the finish line with my dream car! My faith in the car buying process has been restored by these honest, hardworking gentlemen, because they handled every aspect of this big life decision turned commitment into a smooth sailing joy by their manner of professionalism and attention to detail at every turn. Speaking of details, I do not want to miss a mention to whomever so beautifully maintains this spectacular showroom. I regret that I am missing the names of a few other key players who also had special a part in providing such an exceptional overall experience, for even the sweet young lady who collected my down payment and the kind sales managers who peeked their heads in the door to congratulate me made all the difference and set this outstanding team apart from all the rest! I am awestruck by every effort each of these fine people made to uphold the high standards that they do to make this the most satisfying big purchase I have ever made. They are truly like one big family who work together to make another's dream come true in the most remarkable and unforgettable way! More

Great Buying Experience It was like going to an old fashion dealership before the high pressure selling started. Curtis our sales representative, Joe the sales manager and Will the finance officer were all great! They all went far beyond what was expected. No lies or pressures from them, just a smooth operating team. We went to three dealerships before going to Duval Acura and found three bad experiences. The 1st one there were no sales people available and the cars all smelled of cigarettes. The second one missed the test drive and did not call us back. The third one lied about the warranty and tried to push a car on us that we did not want. From the first phone call, the test drive, thru the financing, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend the dealership and Curtis Pillow to anyone. Thanks Duval Acura!! More

From the time you pull onto the lot you see that they have a great selection on Acura’s available and that the dealership is clean and well maintained.
