As long as Rebecca Corbin is at Santa Monica it will always have issues and problems. It starts from the top down. She doesn’t care about customers at all, profit margin is all she cares about. I’ve giv always have issues and problems. It starts from the top down. She doesn’t care about customers at all, profit margin is all she cares about. I’ve given this dealership many opportunities to get things done right, John is really a great guy and helpful, as for his boss, she is another story and the reason why we don’t take out Range Rovers or Jaguar to them anymore. I’d rather drive to Woodland Hills than have to deal with Rebecca ever again. Not worth the headache. They literally keep the car and then come back with “we couldn’t duplicate it” the speaker is literally blown out, how can you not duplicate it? I had to physically show them the subwoofer was separated from the housing, how does a technician miss this and tell me “they can’t duplicate it” beyond frustrating that they hold your car and don’t do the work. More
