I had awesome customer service when purchasing my nissan titan truck. I was not pushed at all when making any of my decisions, whether it were the vehicle or the optional warranty coverage options etc. I hi titan truck. Perhaps the best experience I’ve had working with a dealership. While they offered an extended warranty and other add on services, they never tried to sneak anything in and were very honest and upfront dealership. While they offered an extended warranty and other add on services, they never tried to sneak anything in and were very honest and upfront with their pricing. They were very helpful in providing all the necessary information in a timely manner and were cooperative with setting up a third party inspection since I was buying a used vehicle, and even offered to hold the vehicle for extended days with my deposit since I’m buying from out of state. They’re truly a dealership working to earn your trust. More
