A white man wad greeted respectfully and they also shook his hand with me I arrived and no one attended me. The advisor continued to make excuses I had an appointment for 9:20 and my truck wasn’t even looked at till 4pm at that time the advisor Jim Howard tried to makes excuses as for why my truck wasn’t still seen said he’d call me the next day around noon didn’t even communicate anything about keep my truck beside saying we might have to never called to say hey we couldn’t get to the truck today and will get to it tomorrow nothing. Next day comes still no call about anything 12 noon comes I’m calling still no answer it’s 2:30 now I live 40 minutes away I literally had to drive up there to get a answer and till had no answer my truck wasn’t even seen ? I said what do you’s do he said nothing words are exchanged I said give me back my keys then didn’t try to resolve the situation or accommodate me in a way shape or form didn’t make anything better just made it worse.
