The shop would not provide me with a refund for the requested $10 that it will cost at the tire shop. Said I needed to return to the shop over 3 miles each way to fix their screw up. It was a very small refund request that was not honored by the sales person or manager. And now I have to get my tires adjusted. Should be a very simple task to get tire pressure correct. So much hassle over a $10 discount! More
