Walked in to Route 1 Hyundai this morning for a wrong nut lug placed from previous service, the service rep Kevin Anderson was very understanding and promptly took the veichle and replaced the correct nut lu lug placed from previous service, the service rep Kevin Anderson was very understanding and promptly took the veichle and replaced the correct nut lug. Horrible dealership. They tried lowballing me on a 4 year old vehicle. After getting them to finally agree on a decent price, it took all day to finalize the sale. It then took months to finally get my new plates (which I wanted to transfer my old ones but they made me get new ones). Everytime I try to contact them they ignore my calls and emails. If i could give a 0 rating i would, and where do i begin, this dealership CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! They lie, are disrespectful to good repeat customers, try to get more $ out of you for no reason, tried to charg this dealership CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! They lie, are disrespectful to good repeat customers, try to get more $ out of you for no reason, tried to charge me for gap insurance that’s already included in lease, used excuses like I have to catch a flight to rush you through the lease agreement process (finance person) or I’m leaving for a trip call you in a week (by GM) and responded to get BBB complaint while on vacation (ha ha) and never called me back and lied and said there was damage to last leased car that was returned and they told me about that!! COMPLETE LIES!!! Oh, and they signed my name to tire contact after repeatedly asked for tire coverage form they agreed to include in agreed upon lease agreement. They tried to not provide me with tire coverage form so when I needed it I would find out guess what you don’t have the coverage! I can go on and on.. More
