Horrible service experience. Went in for a recall on windows and they intentionally put screws in 2 of my tires and said they were unfixable. They wanted $275 a tire plus tax. I Went in for a recall on windows and they intentionally put screws in 2 of my tires and said they were unfixable. They wanted $275 a tire plus tax. I live over 10 miles from the dealership the screws were in pristine condition and sticking out a half inch when I drove back to the dealership to see for myself. The screws coincidentally match the ones they use to put license plates on. (I have pictures to back up my claim). When I drove it to tire repair shop you could hear the tapping of the screws in 2 separate tires. Calls to the my salesman were supposed to lead to calls back from service manager. They never reached out to me which was an admission of guilt as far as I’m concerned. I would not let Dana Lincoln’s service department even wash my car in the future More

The saleaman and manager were but attentive patient diidn't rush me to choose or push me into a purchase. They tried their best to match my needs and keep me as close to my budget. They tried to sell me 2 tires for $600 that I didn’t need. I was being scammed. They intentionally put screws in 2 of my tires and told me they were unrepairable. The fact that a service manager never contacted me after speaking to the salesman and another dealership representative telling me they would call me confirms their guilt. I have zero trust in their service department. If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that. I have photos and other facts to back up my claim More
