Then I was forced to (1) give up the $500 or (2) do a regular financing which could be ~3%. This is tricky! Not very happy about this. More

I stopped in for a test drive of the Equus at Ettleson Hyundai. I was politely greeted by Coydel. I spoke to J D and then Coydel let me drive the Equus. I had a thorough 30 min. test drive on highway a Hyundai. I was politely greeted by Coydel. I spoke to J D and then Coydel let me drive the Equus. I had a thorough 30 min. test drive on highway and side streets. Hyundai has matched or exceeded the European level of quality and performance with Equus. However, several tried to overprice the car and force the sale of additional equipment that I did not want. I felt ZERO pressure from the Internet Sales manager JD Wilson, who went out of his way to assist me with locating the exact vehicle that I wanted. My vehicle's pricing was in line with my researched best price, and my trade-in was fairly priced as well. At no time did I feel like I was being "jerked around" and felt respected as a potential buyer. The buying process was smooth, my Elantra GLS was delivered promptly and I am impressed with the initial quality and fit and finish of my new ride. JD took the time to show me the service area as well as introduce me to the service staff. I am rating my car buying experience at Ettelson Hyundai as 5 stars. More

I went to the dealership knowing the model of car I wanted and also what a fair, new price would be. JD didn't try to upsell me, but was very helpful and understood where I was coming from. My other car had gotten totaled and JD offered to supply me with a loaner if the car I wanted didn't arrive in time, so I was covered either way. Highly recommend JD and Ettleson Hyundai. More
