New Versa Recall I bought a 2019 with a recall and a broken backup light. I had bought the extended warranty and was told I would have a rental car. When I took the car in the service guy argued with me about the rental. Then he questioned my whereabouts the whole day. The sales manager JD is got a real attitude as well. I owned Mercedes most of my adult life, but with the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated at Planet, made my new car purchase easy. My sales professional was Marvin Felix. After discussing my car requirements with Marvin, he assessed my situation and put me in the exact vehicle that I wanted. Heath Marquardt in the service department is another reason I wanted to switch from Mercedes to Nissan.
