Top notch customer service. Quality that matters I'd let to preface this review by stating that I looked around at a lot different dealerships to see what their reviews were and I really wasn't sure I'd let to preface this review by stating that I looked around at a lot different dealerships to see what their reviews were and I really wasn't sure what to expect coming to Beaverton Honda. Nearly every dealership seems to have 3 1/2 stars or less on their average reviews so it's really hard to tell what you'll be walking into. But to those of you who complain about the smallest of things and give out poor reviews because of it, you suck! haha. I wish i could wipe the slate clean for Beaverton Honda and give them the one overall rating that truly matches their quality and commitment to excellent service, FIVE STARS! Now I don't know if it came down to the amount of passion I put forth to JC Lam, my sales representative, or if this is how they handle all of their customers. But I will say to JC Lam, thank you! I bugged this guy over and over to help me work out a deal to get me into my vehicle. My credit score was slightly under average, a discharged bankruptcy and all I had to trade in was a God awful Ford Focus which was in terrible shape. But somehow JC managed to find a way to put it all together for me. Of course I still didn't make it easy on him though. I didn't have enough to put down on the vehicle and I kept trying and trying to get them to budge in some way so that I could get approved with what I had. When Beaverton Honda says ONE PRICE, they mean it. They're giving you the lowest price they can and I believe them. So what did I do? Well, I guess a man will do what a man has to do to get into his Honda Civic Type-R hahaha. I managed to come up with what was needed and it all worked out. But JC Lam never gave up on me either. My options were there in front of me from the beginning and he helped me through all of it. Also, I have to give a huge shout out to their finance team for working with the banks and making this thing happen. You guys are amazing! When all is said and done, Beaverton Honda is hands down the place you want to be buying your next vehicle. Don't even bother looking into other places after reading this review. Trust me it's not even worth it. You won't find a better team of professionals than Beaverton Honda. More

Easy, no pressure, very responsive salesman Mid-May 2019 I was looking to buy a used car and I headed out to Beaverton where all the car dealers are. My first stop was at Bob Lanphere's Beaverto Mid-May 2019 I was looking to buy a used car and I headed out to Beaverton where all the car dealers are. My first stop was at Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda and I met JC (John Lam) at the door. He helped me identify a few cars in my price range and then we went to check them out. The CarFax report was in the car, along with their own maintenance record, and I never felt that anything was being hidden from me. There was a Toyota that I liked and the dealership gave me a very good impression. Under the hood, the engine was very clean. The interior was very clean and spotless as well. The trunk was even clean. The battery looked in great condition with good connections. I liked the car but we left to continue shopping around. The experience at other dealers did not hold up. There were cars with the airbag lights on, dirty inside, old wipers that smeared the windshield, reports on their CarFax that were glossed over as "nothing serious" without any more information. One car had a battery with completely corroded connections and the associate did not seem to care at all. The salespeople at other dealers did not impress me either. It definitely felt more like the classic image of a desperate car salesman trying to make up what I wanted to hear to try to get me to buy. Told one thing at first, to excuse away problems, then told another thing by the end, to try to get me to buy. Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda already did the work needed on the Toyota before putting it out to sell. These other dealers were trying to get me to buy on the promise that they would fix it for me before I pick it up. No thanks. I went back to Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda and bought my 2007 Toyota Corolla. I have not had any problems with it except that I need my brake pads replaced. JC made the entire experience very easy. There was no pressure to upsell, although he did offer what was available to me if I was interested. The whole process was rather quick, about an hour. There was a very nice waiting area with couches, tv, a cafe, and bathrooms so a longer wait would have been alright with me. I received the title at about 5 weeks after my purchase and everything was correct. The only downside is that after I bought the car my phone blew up with 100+ spam calls in a short period of time. I was getting up to 5 calls a day. It was a company trying to extend my limited warranty. I answered one time and told them I was not interested and to never call me again, but it persisted. Presently it is about 2 months out and they seem to have stopped calling me. After all the stress of anticipating the car buying process I'm very thankful I happened upon JC at Beaverton Honda and ended up with a car that is safe for me to drive. Thanks! More
