From the moment I contacted Bill Ray Nissan, I knew I made the right choice! I was received with such kindness and care. My questions were welcomed and all of the Nissan employees went above and beyond t made the right choice! I was received with such kindness and care. My questions were welcomed and all of the Nissan employees went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I wasn’t treated like another dollar sign, but like family. Even my mother, who is a loyal Bill Ray Nissan customer as she’s bought her car here as well as referring my brother and I to Bill Ray for our cars, felt special as other employees who recognized her came over to say hello and catch up. There’s many reasons why although there are Nissan dealerships closer to our home, we keep coming back to Bill Ray and one of them is the people. They are amazing at what they do and you can truly tell that they care and they love what they do! They worked hard to make this experience unforgettable and I am truly grateful for their help. He would shoot a price for maintenance then after i turned it down he would offer a lower price for the same package- That didn't sit right with me but i am a retired certified mechanic and do most work myself.
