He located a closely matched vehicle and we discussed and drove it. Preston is very knowledgeable about cars in general and specifically about Lexus. He was patient in educating me without being pushy or seeming to put on a hard sell. My questions were all answered and the information he volunteered was pertinent and interesting. He seemed at least as interested in helping me as in making a sale. This vehicle wasn't quite the right one for me so I left until the right vehicle showed up a few days later. The buying experience was pleasant and not at all stressful. My experience after the sale was just as pleasant. I attended a tech session on my navigation system today. J B and his associates did a terrific job. My wife and I feel the session was well worth while. The longer I have my Lexus, the more I like it and the more I interact with Germain Lexus, the more I like them. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience. More

So when it was time for me to purchase a car I knew I wanted it to be with a Lexus dealer. Yesterday did not disappoint. It was such a great experience at Germain of Easton. Preston is a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson. He helped facilitate the purchase of the car I have been interested in for several years. Because the customer service and the overall experience was honest and not high pressure, and the deal was more than fair for the trade in and the price point of the car being purchased, both my husband and I have said we hope we can continue to be customers of Germain Lexus well into the future.
