Not good. Had to argue with Jayde that I had warranty and now have to bring my vehicle back to have things fixed that could have been fixed at my appointment. We have bought 2 vehicles from Ford this year and it's been a nightmare with both vehicles with the service department. My wife's engine is acting up due to a horrible oil change. I don't think we will buy any more vehicles from Ford More
