Not very impressed with the service or price. I came to you from prescott Honda thinking my huyundai would get better service, I was mistaken. For about the same price I got the car washed and th I came to you from prescott Honda thinking my huyundai would get better service, I was mistaken. For about the same price I got the car washed and the inside vacuumed out. I was told about a part of the car that couldn't be repaired and the trans would have to be replaced to the tune of about 6 grand. I would sell it before I paid that. I owe less than that on the car. If this cars trans has a problem like that after 57 k miles I should have never bought it. More

I have been to a lot of service facilities in my 78 years and couple dozen cars of almost every make, and this new dealership is special in every regard. It would be nice if they had a vending machine for s and couple dozen cars of almost every make, and this new dealership is special in every regard. I bought the car unseen. After it was delivered, I decided I didn't want it and asked to have it returned. I was told all sales are final. No where in the documents is this stated. After several attempts to return the car, I was given the S.O.L. treatment by the salesman and general manager. This experience with Findlay has left me cold and abandoned. By far the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. More
