James was one of the most straight forward salesmen I’ve dealt with in my life from the first call to the end. Was direct with negotiating the car and out the door pricing. When I saw the car, there were a dealt with in my life from the first call to the end. Was direct with negotiating the car and out the door pricing. When I saw the car, there were a few scratches that were not on initial pictures. James said he’ll take care of it and even make sure they will take care of it after the fact if there’s still issues, hopefully he’ll pick up my call when I call him, but he’s been honest from the beginning of this process. Would recommend him again! More

James was EXCELLENT at helping us program our new car. We have owned Lexuses for 30 years, but all the new gizmos & computerized things in the new car were confusing to us. We have been dealing with Lexus of Greenwich for about 30 years and have bought and also leased many cars from them. Our last car was from the pre-owned division and so was this car. This experience proved again that the people you have working in the Lexus pre-owned division are absolutely excellent.
