James was excellent to work with and made the process extremely efficient. I came all the way from New Jersey and we negotiated the price and everything through the phone and I basically came in to sign extremely efficient. What started out as a great experience, went terribly sour as time went on. The dealership was responsive in getting all of my questions answered in a timely fashion until after they made the sale, which sour as time went on. The dealership was responsive in getting all of my questions answered in a timely fashion until after they made the sale, which is where they dropped the ball. During the process, I was faced with a lot of back and forth frustrations and kurt interactions from the manager, Dave Miller, prior to James stepping in and helping (whom started out well). However, after the sale, the dealership (James included) completely delayed (by 21 days) submitting the paperwork needed to register my car and receive my title. Ultimately, lapsing my temporary plates, and refusing to do the legwork to get new ones reinstated. To add insult to injury, spreading inaccurate information regarding the DMV for my state needing additional insurance information (which the DMV confirmed was false). Til this date, they have yet to send the necessary paperwork needed to register my car, nor returned the fees they’ve collected to process the subsequent paperwork (that they never processed). They have purposely ignored phone calls and emails requesting documentation. This process shouldn’t be much of a headache. Unfortunately, the attorney general is now involved in the process due to their lack of diligence and slackness. If you’re content with getting gaslit, ignored, and penny pinched for services you won’t receive, this is the place for you! I see why you’re pressured to submit a review before leaving with your new vehicle. More
