Have always been happy with service dept. But this time they disappointed me. Had my car two and half weeks! Car was towed in and James called me to tell me they couldn’t get to it that da But this time they disappointed me. Had my car two and half weeks! Car was towed in and James called me to tell me they couldn’t get to it that day. Told him, fine but I needed it by Tuesday of the following week cause going on vacation. He told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Everytime I called to check on it I was told I didn’t have an appointment so everything came before me. I was still hearing this excuse on the morning I was to leave for vacation. At what point does your vehicle that has been towed in get put on the appointment list??? NOT HAPPY! I have been a loyal customer since 2013 but I guess that doesn’t matter! More

Busy Service Dept, (the only one in our area that actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was c actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was covered under Kia warranty and put me in a rental car -Hertz at the Columbus airport was also fabulous- and replaced my engine 3 weeks ahead of schedule. James “too tall” Orr is a true asset to their service department. More
