I've had mixed experiences with the service department here. When calling to schedule service, they use an outsourced company in Florida that really doesn't know or understand the dealer. They just have insight to their service departments schedule. When dealing with the service advisors in shop, great experience, no complaints. I've had good work done by their mechanics and I've had bad experiences as well. The last time I had an oil change done, the mechanic obviously didn't wipe their hands as my door handle, door, a pillar liner, and windshield where the sticker went were smeared with dirt and oil. Its a white car and light interior so it was obvious from far away. More
