Thank you for your response. I appreciate the acknowledgment of my feedback. However, directing me to “reach out to the team” is too vague to be actionable. If Del Toyota would genuinely like to better understand the concerns I described, please provide the name and contact information of a specific individual with the authority to review and address them.
