I don’t know who Madison is. He/she was not my service rep. It’s usually Brandon but he wasn’t there when I pulled in with a dead battery. My experience with the dealership was fine in terms of service responsiveness but I’m not happy at all with paying $560 for a new battery, absolutely ridiculously expensive.. No consideration or discount given for existing customer. I did it this time but will think hard about continuing our service relationship here.
