The best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had! Scheduling was very easy, and the service rep was polite, professional and very well-informed. The oil change and tire rotation were completed i had! Scheduling was very easy, and the service rep was polite, professional and very well-informed. The oil change and tire rotation were completed in less time than estimated, and finally the video highlights of the services performed and the maintenance checks done exceeded any information I have ever received from anyone doing repairs or maintenance on one of my vehicles. Very impressive and exhaustively detailed! I have never gone back to a dealership for an oil change after using up the free ones offered as part of the purchase of a vehicle, but I will continue to return to Subaru of North Tampa for all repair and maintenance work in the future. More

After receiving very unhappy service from my long term relationship with the “other” Subaru dealer in Tampa, I came to Subaru. North Tampa for a dead battery issue. I was greeted by a young man, Jake Smi relationship with the “other” Subaru dealer in Tampa, I came to Subaru. North Tampa for a dead battery issue. I was greeted by a young man, Jake Smith, who went out of his way to help me. He called the “other” dealer to obtain warranty info and replaced the battery at no charge to me. This is our 9th Subaru and I happily found my new dealership!! Jake is an outstanding young man and Subaru North Tampa is very fortunate to have him as an employee. More

The service department has always done a great job getting my car taken care of in a timely manner. They do a great job of keeping me informed as to what needs to be taken care of. However, I didn't getting my car taken care of in a timely manner. They do a great job of keeping me informed as to what needs to be taken care of.
