I had an unpleasant experience with Jeff. Very passive aggressive and rude. Didn’t want to run numbers for me and send the papers to my co-signer to sign because they weren’t with me. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Tasca. My need centered on towing, they were able to locate a 2020 Sierra 2500 HD Duramax crew cab in the exact body color and interior that I wanted to replace my centered on towing, they were able to locate a 2020 Sierra 2500 HD Duramax crew cab in the exact body color and interior that I wanted to replace my 2015 truck. At no time did I feel pressured to buy extras, it was more like family. I especially wish to thank JR Pettit. I found that I had left a valuable walking stick in my old truck between the back seat and the wall of the cab. It turned out that my truck had been sold at auction. JR found the buyer in Alabama, I was able to contact him and arrange for the return of my walking stick. A small thing perhaps but it meant a lot to me and very typical of the service at Tasca. More

Extremely disappointing experience I would like to inform you of my extremely disappointing experience at Tasca Buick GMC in Melbourne FL. On Tuesday (10/8/19) afternoon I stoped in to I would like to inform you of my extremely disappointing experience at Tasca Buick GMC in Melbourne FL. On Tuesday (10/8/19) afternoon I stoped in to look at a pre-owned 2018 Yuckon Denali. It was the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately it was just traded it in so it required to be detailed. I did not want to purchase it in that messy condition, so I offered to leave a deposit while it was being detailed. The sales person Will discussed it with his sales manager Jack and both assured me that a deposit was not necessary, they would have the truck detailed and any imperfections addressed. We had a verbal agreement that I would purchase the vehicle provided no unwanted surprises arose. Due to my work schedule we agreed that I would return on Sunday to finalize the deal. On Thursday (10/11/19) I received a call from Will that a different manager had sold the vehicle. I was baffled and unbelievably disappointed. I could not believe that after offering to put a deposit, meaning I had every intention on purchasing the vehicle and having a verbal agreement with the general manager that the dealership would sell the vehicle to someone else. As a previous Corvette owner I was looking forward to remain within the GM family, however now I will have to reconsider my future purchase. More
