I worked with Carl Jackson and Keith Jackson and they were absolutely amazing! They were very funny, kind, outgoing, really knew what they were talking about, and made the paperwork process very easy! I were absolutely amazing! Sold me a car that performed well during test drive, but didn't make it back to my house after they delivered it half way the next day. When told they would make it right by letting me exchange it for anoth didn't make it back to my house after they delivered it half way the next day. When told they would make it right by letting me exchange it for another car, they tried to just add the price of the xxx on top of the 2nd car. Then they told me they would just buy it back if I had it towed back to them, they tried to change the deal again and say it was only if I exchanged it. After showing written proof that the deal was for them to buy it back they still charged me almost $650 in fees to buy it back. Storied change each time they have you talk to a new person. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERESHIP! More

I can not say enough good things about Jordan, Mikey and the rest of the Motors NW crew. From my first visit to the lot, until the deal was finalized, everyone made me feel at home. Not only does everybody take the time to actually get to know you, but they also go above and beyond to make sure you get the deal you want. As an avid car collector, I have purchased my fair share of vehicles and am happy to say this experience was the best one yet. Not only did I leave with an amazing new vehicle, but also with several new friends. Can’t recommend this place enough! More
