Kirk Rose had contacted me via email and was extremely patient and helpful answering all of my questions and letting me know of promotions going on. Also, he was the first car salesman to LISTEN to what I wanted and not offer me things I had no interest in. I went in a few days ago with the intent of only test driving a vehicle but due to the experience, Kirk's patience, great price on a new lease, etc - I drove out that night with a brand new 2015 Rouge and they paid off my lease through the pull ahead program! Wonderful experience, wonderful people - specifically Kirk in sales. That place is SPOTLESS and immaculate! Highly recommend it for your next vehicle - go visit Kirk Rose at EP Nissan! Also, JR is awesome when taking care of the paperwork at the end along with Shane Mahowald who came out and welcomed me to the new dealership! More

This was my second lease with Feldmann Nissan. It is the first time that I have leased a vehicle twice from the same dealership and that is simply because in the 2-1/2 years prior I have had such a pleasant first time that I have leased a vehicle twice from the same dealership and that is simply because in the 2-1/2 years prior I have had such a pleasant experience. Dan Maher happened to get my email expressing an interest in getting another vehicle. Over the next month we communicated back and forth until Dan and I came to an agreement on a vehicle for me. After that I went in to the dealership and there were no surprises. We wrote up the new lease agreement exactly as discussed and I drove off in a new car at what I feel was a very good price. Simple. Fair. Fast. Economical. What more could one ask for? They are very friendly too. This was the second time that I had worked with J.R. and he was as pleasant as ever answering all my questions and handling the financing quickly, but not in a rush. It's a comfortable place to get a vehicle. I intend to continue with this dealership for all these reasons. More

My wife and I recently bought a car at Feldman Nissan and we both agreed it was absolutely the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Phil was amazing. There was never any pressure but at the we both agreed it was absolutely the best car buying experience either of us has ever had. Phil was amazing. There was never any pressure but at the same time he was very assertive (if that's the right word) in letting us know what our options were. The price was very fair but there wasn't the stereotypical back and forth and then getting a manager. It was all so reasonable. We never had to wait excessively but we were never rushed. Everyone we had any kind of contact with was outstanding from the front receptionist to Amanda, to J.R. and ofcourse Phil. We will absolutely recommend Feldman Nissan and look forward to dealing with them in the future!!!! More

Abbes was amazing to work with, he is the perfect person to guide you through the front lines of buying a car; knowledgeable, thoughtful, respectful and kind. He stayed late to show me how to use all of the gadgets and made sure that I was 100% comfortable before I left. To top it off he followed up the next day! Amanda was great! Her approach to accessories is refreshing: honest, upfront and funny. Once I was set on a car JR took over and was fantastic. He has amazing experience and was really fun to talk with. Feldman is a unique place in that the customers love it but so do the employees. I've been a customer for 3 years and will continue to come back. I cant help but insist everyone I talk to about cars knows there is no other place to go. More
