Very nice person maybe not having her best day. The key to my husband's business was on my key fob. I did forget to take it off the ring before hand off. I returned and she was able to find it, reportedly on the ground outside the shop somewhere. While no harm came, in this situation, it was definitely a close call. Not mad, just asking for more caution. She was however, great at answering my questions regarding confirmation of services. More
