Under Florida law FS 501. 976(16) an advertised price must include all fees or charges that a customer must pay, including any dealer fee and other fees such as mandatory add o 976(16) an advertised price must include all fees or charges that a customer must pay, including any dealer fee and other fees such as mandatory add ons. A dealer does not have to include tax, tag or title in the advertised price, but everything else they try to charge you has to be listed in the advertised price by law. Despite this legal requirement to include everything but the tax/tag/title in the advertised price, the price listed on sites like Car Gurus and on their website does not include the nearly $2k key replacement fee (a scam per consumer advocate websites), $750 dealer fee, or the mysterious percent that they add on top of the price. To date no one can explain what the mysterious percent was for, other than to confirm that it was not part of the tax/tag/title fee. They also will not allow you to bring 3rd party financing. You have to go with only their finance company, which charges stupidly high interest rates. I have excellent credit and was pre-approved for a low interest loan, yet they wanted to charge me over 8% interest. This is basically no better than a buy here / pay here type scam lot. More

My 2013 Toyota Prius was declared a total loss after tools in the back of a pickup rained down on my vehicle. I have an anxiety disorder so naturally this was one of the worst things I've ever experienc tools in the back of a pickup rained down on my vehicle. I have an anxiety disorder so naturally this was one of the worst things I've ever experienced. To ease my pain, the insurance company offered me 11k for my vehicle, and assured me that I'd be able to buy another car the day of regardless of the fact that I had not received the check yet. To make sure things went smoothly, they sent Arlington Toyota proof of total loss with the settlement amount and promised to pay. Arlington Toyota accepted the promise to pay, allowed me to drive away with a 14k 2015 Prius (as pictured), and then harassed me EVERY SINGLE DAY for the check, or the car back though I paid the 3k difference cash. With at least 7 calls a day and multiple texts, I had to see my psychiatrist and get back on my anxiety medication. It only took a week for the check to arrive, and they issued a repo for the vehicle while I was in the bank cashing it! I paid them off, said I never ever wanted to hear from them ever again in my life, and now they're STILL HARASSING ME!! The sales rep texted me 2 days in a row saying he won't get paid if I don't complete a survey!! Nice guy, did a great job helping me find my vehicle, however if customer service was the company's main priority, his superiors giving him a hard time or him possibly not getting paid should not have been my problem whatsoever. Knowing that I did everything I could on my part, and that we were waiting for the Geico check should've been enough, like what was I supposed to do? Whip Geico and/or the mail carriers to do their jobs faster? It seems like that's what management was doing to JP, and that's DISGUSTING! If I could add photos myself, I'd tell you to please see attached for screenshots, and NEVER EVERR BUY A CAR FROM ARLINGTON TOYOTA!!! Worst experience ever, and this is my honest review! More
