We brought a used Certified Honda Pilot about 2 months ago from Bronx Honda, the sale went pretty well, it was a big price drop on the vehicle so we bought it the moment we got there. The test drive aroun ago from Bronx Honda, the sale went pretty well, it was a big price drop on the vehicle so we bought it the moment we got there. The test drive around the neighborhood was good. On the way home we noticed that the brakes were shaking at highway speeds so we told them about it and went back 2 days later and they replaced them. A few days later we saw that there was a slight misalignment on the front bumper and again they told us to bring it in. We live 2 hrs and 1 toll bridge away so it's a hassle to do the travel, so we spoke intially with Christina about possibly getting the small repair done near us since it would be a 2-day repair. A body-shop near us estimated it at $200. She said she would look into it with the Service Manager and that was the last we heard of it. I called Service a few times and left a message, but she didn't call me back. I then tried to speak with the General Manager, they said it was Izzy and I left a few messages there also with no one returning my call. I'm very disappointed that at the very least they didn't call me back to further discuss the issue. There's nothing worse than ignoring a customer. More
