I bought a 2014 Mustang around 3 months ago and I had an issue with the wipers not working and the heater not blowing, so per the sales person's advice, I took it to the local Ford dealership to get repair issue with the wipers not working and the heater not blowing, so per the sales person's advice, I took it to the local Ford dealership to get repaired. $5000.00 dollars and 2 1/2 months later they are still trying to fix a serious situation in the wiring. I find it hard to believe that the dealership had no knowledge of it and went ahead and sold an unsafe car anyway. More

The dealership was very non-professional. We had sat in that dealership for over 3 hours and also they told us that the car was gassed and cleaned out and which is not true.
