They should not sale used cars if they are not ready to be drove. Brakes, rotors and tires were said to be new but wasn’t replaced until car was taken back the day after purchase for other reasons. Warning lights came on the day after purchase took vehicle back SEVERAL times before issue was fix. Service center manager was really dismissive. Would not recommend. More

We brought this in for the seat issue/recall. Kia checked it and had to order the part. They didn't clip the seat cover on the side back correctly so now it is just off on the back side of the se Kia checked it and had to order the part. They didn't clip the seat cover on the side back correctly so now it is just off on the back side of the seat. This should have been corrected before my wife got in the vehicle. Please make sure it is done next time after the part is installed. More

I love the atmosphere of the dealership; however, the wait and service have gone down since I have been coming for the last 10 years. I would love to have text service on the progress of my car and some wait and service have gone down since I have been coming for the last 10 years. I would love to have text service on the progress of my car and some of the services that I needed I found out about a month later at another KIA dealership and it was major maintenance on my car. This was disappointing because I have trusted Serra KIA with my car for a while and it cost me over 1200 to get something fixed that I feel should have been fixed at my maintenance session at Serra a month prior. More
