They should not sale used cars if they are not ready to be drove. Brakes, rotors and tires were said to be new but wasn’t replaced until car was taken back the day after purchase for other reasons. We brought this in for the seat issue/recall. Kia checked it and had to order the part. They didn't clip the seat cover on the side back correctly so now it is just off on the back side of the se Kia checked it and had to order the part. I love the atmosphere of the dealership; however, the wait and service have gone down since I have been coming for the last 10 years.
